Special
Accommodations
If you
have dietary restrictions or require special assistance,
auxiliary aids or other reasonable accommodations, please let
us know when you register or at least two weeks prior to the
conference, by sending an email to
[email protected].
We will make every effort to accommodate your
request.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All conference cancellations must be requested by email at
[email protected] or by FAX to Gamefest Registration at (425)
895-1011.
Name replacements are not accepted. If you have a replacement,
you must cancel the original reservation
and the new person will need to register separately.
Cancellations made before July 19,
2007 at 5:00 PM PDT, will be charged
a $50.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made after July 19, 2007 at 5:00 PM PDT, as well
as no shows, are liable for the full registration fee.
In the unlikely event that Gamefest is cancelled by Microsoft,
registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee only.
Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the
responsibility of the registrant. |
